Frequently asked questions

Explore our current Pokémon TCG, Dragon Ball Super, Naruto Mythos and One Piece Card Game range for available boosters, boxes, cards and accessories. The range and stock vary by category. Check the product page for contents, language and edition.

No. Booster contents are random. No particular card is guaranteed. For assembled products such as Hit Pack, read the individual product description for the contents.

A booster pack is a single pack of cards from an expansion. A booster box contains multiple boosters from the same expansion. Pack and card counts vary by set and language edition, so read the product description before ordering.

The PokePlugTCG Hit Pack contains six cards: one guaranteed Full Art or another rare Pokémon card, four additional Pokémon cards and one Energy card. It is our own assembled surprise pack, not an official Pokémon booster. A specific card or monetary value is not guaranteed. Check the product page for the current contents.

Changing the shop language does not change the product language. Check the product title, description and any variant selection to see whether you are ordering English, Japanese or Chinese cards, for example.

Dragon Ball Super Masters and Dragon Ball Super Fusion World are separate card games with their own cards and rules. Their cards cannot be used together in one deck. Check which game a product belongs to on its product page.

A starter deck is preconstructed and helps you get to know its card game. Exact contents vary by product. Check whether you need other play accessories or a second deck to play with someone.

Sleeves help protect cards against damage from use, and a binder keeps your collection organised. Check accessory dimensions and the compatible card size. Sleeves and binders do not guarantee a particular condition or retained value.
